What is in it for me?
There is growing global demand for DPG-led solutions that can empower societies for transformation, and COSS is a key enabler from India that is right in the middle of these conversations. As an execution/ implementation facilitator, COSS is focussed on creating an ecosystem and rolling out solutions that can fulfil this global demand. The Sunbird suite of DPGs are a key solution component for adoption projects being executed by COSS. We welcome contributions from co-creators, collaborators and like minded DPG-enthusiasts - widening the Sunbird suite will offer a richer plethora of components that will then be available for solutioning, as well as allow DPG contributors and maintainers to become part of the larger collective that forms the global DPG ecosystem, leveraging all that it has to offer.
COSS is committed to contributing to, and growing the DPG ecosystem - COSS goals including the evolution of Sunbird, creation of DPG-led solutions, building of the ecosystem and community etc. are testament to the direction that COSS will take in the years to come.

Creation of awareness and dissemination of knowledge about the Sunbird suite and DPG-led solutioning - led by COSS
Active participation opportunities, and championing of efforts in the DPG ecosystem system to help countries and organizations adopt DPG-led solutions for societal transformation
Working with partners and the collective to fulfil Sunbird/ DPG adoption demands and being part of the execution of societal transformation projects
Contributing your DPG to the Sunbird Collective
The following is the process involved in submitting a DPG for inclusion in the Sunbird suite

DPG Readiness
Run the DPG past the Sunbord DPG readiness checklist and ensure all necessary components are in place

Expression of Interest
Submit the expression of interest form of Interest form on Sunbird.org with details of the DPG that you want to contribute to Sunbird

DPG Review
Verification of submitted details by the Sunbird Product Team

Architectural Review
Sunbird design council to carry out an architectural assessment of the DPG

Feedback & Revisions
Additional revisions to the DPG if necessary based on feedback

Approval & Listing
Listing of the approved DPG on the sunbird.org website
